Pricing Information
Our scheduling software pricing model is based on the number of schedules actively used for either staff or resources.

Important to some industries is that the monthly billing is based on your schedule usage for that month. You might have months of the year when you are using more schedules than other months, so on the months in which you have less active schedules, your billing will be lower.

We allow unlimited users of the application, and the software can be installed on as many machines as you like (whether at the office or at home) at no extra charge. This is unlike many other scheduling applications that charge a licensing fee per machine. Web calendar access is also included at no extra charge. The web calendars allow viewing of schedules from any Internet enabled computer without installing the scheduling software.

Scheduler pricing is as follows:
  • A one time fee of $249.95 (up to 10 locations) includes initial setup, configuration, and standard data import of existing client data (names, addresses, phone numbers, etc.).
  • A monthly fee, based on the table below:

We also have clients that only use our application for employee scheduling and reporting. If you will only be using employee scheduling, please call us to get pricing information for the number of employees that you will be scheduling.
